Hoby with Rotherby Parish Council Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) has now completed its Independent Examination and Melton Borough Council has now approved the plan to go to referendum.

The NDP now can be given significant weight ahead of a referendum in the parish where it is put forward to the electorate for their approval or not. It is anticipated that this will take place in May 2021
