128 Bus Service
The attached flyer relates to a meeting at Thrussington on Thursday 7th November 2019 9.45am for a 10am start to discuss alternatives to the 128 service which Leicestershire County Councils consultation has concluded should end.

This picture shows work to trees which has recently been started. This tree thinning exercise will improve the quality of the tree stock remaining and introduces light to the pond area which will help significantly with the ponds biodiversity.
More work will take place relating to the pond itself when the water level there is reduced.

On September 21st 2019 Severn Trent hosted the Parish Council on a visit to their sites in the Parish.
Melvyn Lester, Senior Technician (Production) Leicestershire welcomed Cllrs. and gave a most interesting insight into the workings of the Treatment Plant at Ragdale and the Pumping Stations at Hoby and Rotherby.

Details attached of the proposal to introduce a 50 mile per hour speed limit of the Six Hills Lane, on the northern boundary of our Parish.
Objections to this introduction should be made by 23rd August to County Hall
