Decision Statement Regulation 18(2)

Hoby with Rotherby Parish Council Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) has now completed its Independent Examination and Melton Borough Council has now approved the plan to go to referendum.

The NDP now can be given significant weight ahead of a referendum in the parish where it is put forward to the electorate for their approval or not. It is anticipated that this will take place in May 2021

The 2nd Lockdown came to an end at midnight on 1st December 2020. At that point the Borough of Melton went in to the highest level of the Tier system that of Tier 3.
